Attorney Jay Waldhauser has been practicing real estate for over 15 years. In addition to his established career in real estate law, Jay has developed expertise in estate planning, business law and corporate transactions. Serving clients in Queens, Bronx, Suffolk, Nassau, New York, Richmond, Kings Westchester and more, counties, as well as New Jersey Pennsylvania. Mr. Waldhauser is admitted to practice in all New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey State Courts as well as the U.S. District Court of New Jersey.
In 1995, Mr. Waldhauser completed his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from Brandeis University in Massachusetts. He later went on to complete his Juris Doctor in Law in 2001 from Brooklyn Law School. Mr. Waldhauser started his own practice in 2004. His professional development continues as a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA).
Mr. Waldhauser’s career in law has given him opportunities to represent a wide variety of clients, and has allowed him to work in many different facets of real estate, business law, estate planning and corporate law. He has successfully represented and helped many individuals with their own unique real estate needs. Over the years, Mr. Waldhauser has also worked with landlords and tenants as well as business owners seeking to purchase or sell their business. Mr. Waldhauser has some unique interests outside of the real estate field. He is married and has two children. He is also a great animal lover and greatly enjoys spending time with his two dogs and family. Sports are also a very important aspect of Mr. Waldhauser’s life; skiing, golf and tennis are his sports passion. In 2013, he completed a great physical challenge: a full Ironman.
